Offer Overview

Web Buster UK Ltd is committed to transparency and fairness in all our offers. Below are the clear terms and conditions associated with this limited-time offer in celebration of Web Buster UK's 30th Anniversary.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • This offer is only available for new customers.
  • This offer is for building a new website, not alteration of an existing website.
  • The website must be agreed upon, authorised, and fully paid for by 30th June 2025.

Offer Details

  • A bespoke, professional website worth £1,299 fully built for only £599.
  • A discounted monthly management fee starting from £50 per month for the whole term of contract.

Terms of Contract:

  • This contract is for a minimum term of TWO years, to help your business establish a stable online presence.
  • Service provision included in the monthly management fee:
    • Website hosting.
    • Domain rental.
    • SSL certificate for secure transactions.
    • Professional business email system, with up to 3 distinct email addresses with your domain (eg. me@example.com).
    • Full content management system, should you wish to make edits to your own website.
    • Full website management and support 7 days a week, including maintenance and minor modifications to existing pages.
    • GDPR compliance measures.
    • Software updates.
    • Training sessions for you and/or your staff as required.
  • We will work with you to build your website to your specifications, subject to reasonable requests and constraints.
  • No refund will be given once work has been started on your website.
  • If at any point you wish to withdraw from the contract, the full cost of all fees for the remaining term of the contract shall be payable.
  • At the end of the two years, you will be entered into a rolling yearly contract charged at the standard rate at the time unless you notify us no later than 30 days before the end of the contract.
  • If you wish to transfer to another host at the end of your contract, an administrative fee of £100 shall be payable.

Additional costs (if applicable):

The following items are not included in the monthly management fee, and may be subject to an additional cost:

  • Domain suffix that is not ".co.uk" (eg ".com", ".net", ".org.uk", ".online", etc.)
  • Additional domains (eg alias domains for redirecting)
  • Fees for third-party services (eg online payment gateway fees, if applicable).
  • Online transaction fees charged by Web Buster UK Ltd (if applicable).
  • Website upgrades, such as additional pages.
  • Photo and video editing services.
  • Data entry services for product listings (though the system is designed for easy self-management).
  • Installation of additional facilities or features.
  • Website backups.

Optional Extra Features (not fully inclusive):

The following features can be added, subject to additional cost:

  • Newsletter system
  • Image or video gallery
  • Online booking system
  • Full e-commerce system including setup of online payment gateways
  • e-Learning system
  • .. and many more

Our team of developers can also create bespoke website functions, including third-party API integrations.

Bonus Voucher Incentive (worth £100 per Year)

Voucher Benefits:

  • Can only be used towards the cost of installation of any optional extra features as listed above.
  • Issued annually from the start of your contract for up to four years, provided you remain under contract.
  • Features can be added or removed at any time, but fees rendered are not refundable.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • Unused voucher amounts do not carry over to the next year (a new voucher is issued annually).
  • Any shortfall in the voucher value can be covered with a small additional payment (e.g., £12 shortfall can be paid as £1/month or a one-time £12 payment).

Voucher Exclusions:

Vouchers cannot be used to offset the monthly management fees or other additional costs
